2018 Forest River - Flagstaff Classic Super Lite Floorplan: 8529RLWS (Fifth Wheel) Our family dynamic has changed and bit and we are no longer in the in need for this trailer so we having to sell it. This is a 2018 Flagstaff Classic Superlite fifth wheel trailer. 3 slide outs, sleeps 6. Length is 33.5ft long and base weight is 8584 lbs (dry). Has 6 gallon hot water tank, 2 axles and a 13500 BTU Air conditioning. 43 gallon fresh water tank. two 14lb propane tankes, a trailer hitch to enable you to pull another trailer behind it. 1 motorized awning and 2 twelve volt batteries and overall has 30amp power, along with cable wiring for those camp grounds that do provide cable tv. 2 years remaining on extended warranty, along with whatever items are covered for longer through the manufactuer. Queen bed in the master bedroom and the two loveseats fold out to be beds. There is also another love seat that reclines, heats, and massages. 1 bathroom with standing shower, along with an outdoor shower. Some of the pictures i have included are stock photos as the trailer has been winterized and is under a winter cover currently.
