2017 Heartland - Big Country Floorplan: BC 3850MB (Fifth Wheel) Used but in very good condition. Must sell. Now reduced price. Asking $60,000 but worth more with all of the extras that we have added. 4 slide outs. Serviced. Hydraulic landing jacks (6) serviced and recalibrated. Has all of the standard and lots of upgraded features. We have added, Artisan Splendide stackable washer and dryer, $1100. 6 -AGM 6 volt batteries about 1 1/2 years old, $1400. 4 - solar panels on roof (3 - 160 watt and 1 - 200 watt), $2000. 2000/4000 peak watt inverter, $400 5500 Onan propane gas generator (201 hours), $4500. Sleep Number king size mattress. $1200. Approximate prices of all the upgraded items that we added. The bedroom and part of the front room (tv area) is wired to run off of the solar. So if you are boon docking or the power goes out there are plugs that still work. We worked as Area Managers taking care of campgrounds in the summer and boon docking in AZ in the winters, but we are retiring and dont need that big of trailer. So, it only traveled the roads 2 times a year. Taken care of. Serviced the slide outs, the hydraulic lifts, winterized when we needed to. Very spacious, and a lot of storage, inside and outside.
